Not only do you need it to sustain your business, you need it to pay for permits and other legal documents, you need to pay staff salaries and benefits, you need to pay overhead costs and of course, you need to buy stocks or raw materials. Running out of cash just when your business is about to grow might push you to fail. You must have a ready source of cash in case you encounter a client with a huge order or if it’s necessary for your business to grow.
